Agent Cooperation

LED agents should have the basic conditions:

1. Agents agree with Jiangsu LED-OPTO Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (as Aiyid, hereafter) business philosophy, willing to accept the guidance and supervision of Aiyid corporate headquarters;

2. Agent should possess a certain degree of financial strength, have good business experience;

3. Agents should have a stable workplace, a professional business develope and service team, to provide Aiyid business license, tax registration certificate and other relevant quality certificate;

4. Agents should be familiar with LED lighting products and industrial markets, with credit management and with good sales channels and networks;

5. Agents must have some sales ability, be able to complete the sales agency agreement in the agreed purchase mandate;

6. Agent should have the right product marketing experience in large and medium projects, with some of the installation, repair and maintenance experience and capability;

7. Agents should have a good spirit of cooperation, by expanding the market share of more interest.

Aiyid agency cooperation process:

Step 1: Cooperation Application

The clients who have fully understood the basic requirements and intends to cooperate, should conscientiously and accurately fill in the "cooperation application form" and feedback by letter, telephone, email, or directly to the companies.

Step 2: Review Assessment

Company under the application area of the market environment, consumption, and cooperation is being examined for their own conditions, and the investment budget, investment returns, operating conditions and continuous assessment of viability, etc.. With conditions such as cooperation, the two sides sign an agency agreement negotiation.

Step 3: sign an agency agreement
